Guests are charged for the electricity they use, something I’ve never encountered anywhere else in my life. The daily rate covers just 22 hours, since check-in is at 1 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. There’s no breakfast. The parking is private but exposed, and nobody watches it at night. There’s no entry or exit control because each guest keeps a gate key. They only accept cash, no debit or credit cards. The inn is hard to find because there’s no sign on the street. The pool isn’t always clean; I saw it dirty several times. The rooms are basic, and the 13-inch TVs are hard to see. It’s far from João Pessoa’s tourist area, so don’t consider going without a car. It is near the main street in Intermares, where you can find almost everything. The inn is fairly reasonable and pleasant, but can be expensive compared with more upscale places that offer better comfort and location. After comparing options, I don’t think the value for money is good.
