My experience at this condominium was awful. The doorman Gil is arrogant and disrespectful to residents and visitors, and the building manager’s administration feels weak, with no dialogue and too many rules. The atmosphere is unpleasant too, with disturbing moaning noises and a strong smell of marijuana in some areas, which affects residents’ comfort. The leisure area is practically unusable because of all the restrictions and lack of flexibility, defeating the whole purpose of having the space.
