The shower was wonderful, like a waterfall. The hotel is simple and the room was good, but the bed felt small, and there’s nowhere to open a suitcase except on the bed. Street noise gets into the room, and the hallway noise is bothersome too. The bathroom exhaust fan is very loud.

The staff were so attentive and kind, and the location at praia do poço is great. The restaurant "The W Beach" was excellent, and "VIVANNI Store" had lovely beachwear.

The breakfast is generous, and the room is good. The location is excellent, almost right on the sand, which is great for swimming in the sea. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially receptionist Fátima. The bathroom stall is tiny and the water doesn’t drain properly. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked small, and there was no shower or tap to rinse sand off your feet before going in. The restaurant is on the third floor, and the soundproofing is terrible, especially for guests on the second floor. The constant scraping of tables and chairs becomes unbearably annoying. The cost feels high for what you get.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which was a bright spot. But I had a terrible time trying to sleep. There’s a restaurant on the third floor above the rooms, run by another company, and the noise is unbearable. It’s almost impossible to rest before it closes, and then it opens early for breakfast, so you wake up to the noise again. You only get a few hours between closing and opening. If you’re looking for a place to properly relax, this isn’t it, and the stay was frustrating.
