The kitchenette was much better than we expected. Everything was clean and new, the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals, and the powerful fan kept the room comfortable. We stayed from 22/12 to 26/12. The older man and woman at reception were lovely, very polite, and always ready to help. There's also a laundry area for washing and hanging clothes, though we used a nearby laundromat because we needed ours dry quickly and had brought only a few. It felt safe: nobody could get into the kitchenette from the back, so we could leave the rear doors and windows open when we went out. There's a police station across the street, and our car stayed parked outside for all those days without any trouble. Restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy open 24:00, beaches, the center, and little shops are all close by. We had an excellent stay, better than other places we've been. Thank you, we'll be back soon!

A simple, genuinely economical place to stay for a while. There are no cleaning products or bed linen, and the Wi-Fi is a bit slow. But if you're mainly going to be out enjoying the area, it's well worth the stay.

I stayed in the suite with a balcony. It was clean and in a quiet area, and felt very safe with the police station right across the street. There's also a place right at the entrance selling really tasty hot dogs.

The lot is in a developed area with supermarkets and shops like Casa e Video, Drogarias Raia, and Super Rede, and it's close to just about everything. The neighborhood isn't pretty, but it feels safe. The couple's unit has a Queen size bed, air conditioning, a fridge, and an induction electric stove with one burner working and one 20A outlet. The wiring is 127V. The bathroom gets wet outside the shower, and there's no drain out there. Aside from that detail, the accommodation is great. I highly recommend it.
