The neighborhood has plenty of good shops and services, and the location is hard to beat, about five minutes from Praia do Peró. The condominium is well organized and peaceful, with good neighbors.

We booked through Airbnb, and I thought it was worth it. Our unit was in good condition, though I can’t speak for the others. The shared spaces are excellent, with a sauna, barbecue area, and pool, and everything looks lovely. The gardens are very well kept, the facilities are great, and it has a family feel. I loved staying at this condo in Cabo Frio and would happily return many times.

The pool and sauna are a great bonus, and the place is so peaceful and beautiful, close to some of Cabo Frio’s loveliest beaches. Sr Joel, the caretaker, is a fantastic guy. I loved this place and will definitely come back.

The rules here don't seem to apply equally. It felt like they only mattered if you had money and kept flattering the caretaker and building manager. If the caretaker doesn't like you, they can bad-mouth you to the manager and other residents, make up things about you, and issue fines. I came here hoping to rest and relax, but it turned into nothing but stress and a headache. Don't waste your time coming here.
