Good afternoon, Igor, how are you? I wanted to thank you and congratulate you on the cozy space. It’s really well located, close to shops, restaurants, distributors, and especially the beach, haha. I stayed there in a room last year. It had only a bed, with no fridge or TV. A really bad experience.
