The location is nice. I stayed after a concert nearby so I could be close to a meeting in Cabo Frio, instead of driving back to Búzios and returning in the morning. I hadn't expected construction to start at 7 am. After an hour and a half, I took a video thinking the noise came from the neighborhood, but it was our hotel. Selling a room and then doing work right outside it was a poor management decision.

The room was spacious, but the whole area smelled bad. The hotel could be so much better with some basic improvements. The sheets kept coming off, staff didn't take care of even simple requests, and there was no hair dryer available.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were well kept, and the location was quiet and pleasant. I stayed three nights in April 2026. The reservation system for PIX was terrible and needed constant follow-up, and the internet was slow.

I've stayed here twice now, and it's a lovely place for a quiet getaway. The view is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is always excellent, and the rooms are comfortable.

The room is spacious and practical, and the facilities are brand new and in perfect condition. Staff were kind and responsive whenever we needed them. The hotel sits right on the Canal along a calm, low-traffic street. It's an outstanding place to stay, and I can't wait to book another trip to Cabo Frio and hopefully stay here again.
