Hotel Real

The room had a balcony. Good.

The standout features are the spacious rooms with balconies, and you don't pay anything before check-in. It's not right by the sea, though. If you're driving, the nearest beach at the dunes, between posts 4 and 5, is about five flat blocks away. There aren't enough parking spaces for every apartment, so when the hotel is full you might have to leave your car in the supermarket parking lot across the street. I liked it!

I stayed in March and definitely plan to return to this hotel when I'm back in Cabo Frio. The staff were attentive, from reception to the room cleaners, and the hotel felt safe. Rooms were very comfortable, and after a pleasant day at the beach I could get a good night's rest. Praia das Dunas is close enough to walk to easily. There's also a supermarket right across the street with lots of choices and good prices, which made the stay easier. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, always fresh and very tasty. It's not rated five stars, but the accommodation is great for anyone looking for a comfortable place to rest. I had a very positive stay.

Everything was very clean and organized, including the sanitized sheets, pillows, and blankets. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Service was cordial, and Manager Junior was especially attentive and looked after us very well. I asked to change rooms and the staff sorted it out right away, without questioning me. Breakfast was great for what the hotel is meant to offer. Highly recommend.
