Excellent.

Stay away from this place. The whole property smelled of mildew, and there were dogs kept confined in one part of the guesthouse. The adult pool had no drain, and the children's pool was so dirty it could have had dengue mosquitoes. There were holes in the reception ceiling, bare floors with no tiles, broken locks and showers, and rusty beds. A complete disgrace.

The parking is on another street, and you have to ask reception to get someone to open the gate, if anyone is there. There's no room service. The sauna doesn't work, the pool water is green and full of sludge, and the guesthouse seems abandoned, with no maintenance. The hotel-site photos are old. The rooms are deteriorating, the sheets and towels are old and torn like floor rags, the minibar stinks, and the bed is old and rusty with only a piece of foam for a mattress. The ceiling lining is moldy and falling down, and there's overgrown grass in front and by the pool. The electrical installation is in critical condition. This place is pretending to still be open. DON'T GO.

A basic place, even if it's simple and cheap, should provide decent essentials, and this one doesn't. There's no room service, and even the restaurant has no paper napkins. The rooms had no lights, the beds were broken, and the showers faulty. Doors were missing handles, while bathrooms had no face towels, bins, or toilet paper. STAY AWAY.
