The rooms felt a little cramped, and the location was a long way from the beach, so we were glad we had rented a car. There’s a nice pool area on the rooftop, but the “bar” was unattended and very dirty. We only stayed one night.

Everything in the room felt high quality, from the bed and pillows to the safe. The hotel also has a restaurant, spa, gym, room service, guest computers and printers, and a garage. It looks modern and new. The central spot in Cabo Frio is handy, with the beach only a few minutes away by car. I liked it a lot.

The staff were helpful, breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel itself was nice. The hot tub could definitely have been warmer. The location was all right, but next time we’ll stay nearer the lagoas or the end of fort beach.

For a quick trip focused on the beaches, this place may do if you can put up with really bad service. Room service and food service in general were terrible, and several people I know have had trouble with them too. It was just okay, nothing better than average and maybe below it.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The rooms are nice and clean, and there’s a pleasant rooftop area with a pool. Good hotel.
