Doña Carmen’s hospitality is what made this place feel so special and homey. She’s kind, funny, and attentive, and the location feels both safe and convenient. Breakfast, the welcoming atmosphere, and the easygoing feel all made our family stay memorable. Pousada Cavalo Branco really felt like home, with everything well organized and comfortable. The cakes at breakfast were a standout, they tasted just like Grandma’s cake. The team was lovely and attentive, and the place was very clean and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned every other day, with all the bed linen changed. Dona Carmem gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. I’d researched a lot before choosing somewhere, looking for a cozy place that would make me excited to stay, and Cabalo Branco did that. The location is great, close to the beach and the little market. We only took the car out of the garage for two days, when we went to Arraial and Búzios. Rain cut our trip short, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll return with the family.

We’re from Argentina and had a great stay at the Pousada. The area felt safe and the location was fantastic. Carmen took care of everything, the rooms were spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality, especially the chocolate dessert, which I’m going to miss. Thanks for everything! 🤍
