We had a really good time. It's close enough to the beach that we didn't need a car, maybe a five-minute walk if you're slow. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space, hot water, air conditioning, and blinds in the bathroom and elsewhere. Breakfast was good, and everything is prepared at breakfast time. The people there are very nice and do their best to help.

The breakfasts were awesome, and it's close to the beach and the restaurants by the pier. The receptionists were very nice, the air conditioning worked well, and there's a fridge. Best value place here!

The cakes were really tasty, and I liked the breakfast. It was good enough for me, and the staff make scrambled eggs. I'd suggest adding requeijão or cream cheese, a sandwich press for grilled ham and cheese, and tapioca or omelettes, along with the cheese breads. The inn is cute and nicely decorated, with a great location just minutes from the beach and the canal/Passagem neighborhood. The team was very good, and their quick WhatsApp reply was a key reason I made the reservation. A few small fixes would improve room 12, though I don't know about the other rooms. Being on the ground floor is convenient, but noise from reception and the neighboring room's air conditioner comes in through gaps around the door. The curtain doesn't block out light. The bathroom mirror was quite dirty and is old and damaged, so it needs replacing. The shower stall is very small, which could be a problem for some people. The shower may need unclogging or replacing because the water... I also couldn't get the TV set up. With a few small improvements, the place could be even better.

The location was the biggest plus. I walked to all the places I visited, and it's very close to Praia do Forte. The only Uber rides I needed were to and from the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful, let me check in before the usual time, and helped with everything I needed. Breakfast was simple, but had a nice variety and tasted good. The reception area is spacious, with comfortable sofas and an outlet. The Wi-Fi was really bad, so I used 4G on both my phone and tablet. I don't know if it was just my room, but even a basic Google search took ages to load. My room window wouldn't close all the way. It didn't bother me, but they should pay more attention to structural details and maintenance. The TV is in a terrible spot.
