The breakfast was good, and the location right across from the beach is a plus. But the place feels somewhat neglected. The pool is dirty much of the time, the garden is badly overgrown, and the rooms and bedding need more attention to cleanliness.

Being right by the beach is the one clear plus. The property needs more care: parts of it are deteriorating, the bathrooms have had little plumbing maintenance, and the shared areas are also in need of attention. The pool looks abandoned and urgently needs renovation.
