The pool area was great and the drinks were good, but the water got so dirty by the end of our stay that you couldn't see the bottom. They should consider adding a filter. The architecture is lovely and the location is very good. About 90% of the staff were fantastic, but the receptionist at check-in was terrible. She was very confused, took 40 minutes to get the paperwork she needed, and only then realized we'd booked two rooms, not one. LMAO.
