It's a simple, affordable, family-style place. If you're mostly there to explore and go to the beach, it's a decent spot to sleep.

We travel a lot for work and stay in all kinds of places, and this is easily one of the best. It's really clean and cozy. The owner and her husband were so friendly and polite, and Cláudia is a sweetheart. I love chatting with her about plants. She has lots of fruit trees, and I always learn about a new kind. I'm grateful for the welcome. The price is very affordable for a tourist city, which matters since we come for work and can't pay the usual rates around town. I highly recommend it.

The hosts were warm and willing to help from the beginning, which was the best part of our stay. But we had strong smells in the room, and the lack of general cleanliness was obvious despite all the pretty plants. The mattresses were especially bad, worn down so much that we could feel the bed frame under us. The location wasn't great either, and you'll need a car to get around. At night, while we were having dinner, we saw rats as big as cats. The place urgently needs fumigation. We booked through Booking.com, and after we left, they canceled our reservation because they didn't like our rating or refund. I still don't know how they managed that. It shows they don't accept criticism.

We booked four days, but stayed only two. Those were the worst days of our trip, and we left for a proper hotel or inn instead. The room was too hot, the mattress was old, and the worn bedding was in poor shape. Cockroaches and rats roamed around the outdoor kitchen at night. The place had no real structure for service, comfort, or hygiene, and the host wasn't kind and wouldn't accept criticism. Feedback matters because it helps fix problems and improve the guest experience. I won't return or recommend it, at least not in its current condition.
