Hotel Fazenda Terra Ramos

A great spot to unwind, with a fantastic pool and a spacious, clean room. The couple in charge gave us a warm welcome, and the atmosphere was cozy. I recommend it!

A peaceful, spacious place with a clean, airy room, especially nice if you enjoy nature. The staff are very attentive. Breakfast could be a little better, though.

We had a really bad stay and felt cheated. The lodging was in very poor shape, and both of the rooms we rented had tree frogs in the bathrooms. One room also smelled bad, so the person assigned to it had to stay in mine. The only person we saw was an employee who welcomed us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. We had no contact with anyone responsible for the place. It was all very dirty and nothing like the photos. The garden was overgrown, the pool was badly neglected, and the nearby bathrooms were dirty, with cobwebs and children's floats left on the floor. The little bar by the rooms and the one by the pool both seemed abandoned, with no staff to serve us. The squash court was filthy, with dead bugs and leaves scattered around, even though we'd mentioned the day before that we planned to play. Breakfast was meager, and the juices didn't taste like juice. There was also a pavilion full of odds and ends.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the whole guesthouse was lovely, peaceful, and beautiful. Breakfast was great, and the pool was really good too. Senhor Raimundo welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness. His friendly, gentle manner made our stay even better. We’ll be back soon! ❤
