The room was extremely small, and the air conditioning wasn't working, so I had to call reception. I hadn't been told beforehand that the TV was an old, outdated bulky set with no Smart TV. That feels at odds with the hotel's name and concept, and it affected my comfort and well-being. Even after I explained how unhappy I was and suggested ways to fix it, I had to stay because they wouldn't refund my money. The reception and hall looked good, but the room left a lot to be desired. For the price, I found several better options afterward, including places with Smart TVs. I don't recommend it.

The room smelled moldy, the bedding was dirty, and the bathroom door handle was loose. Breakfast was disappointing too. They said that with so few guests, breakfast would be made to order. For such a high price, the standard was poor. Reception was below expectations as well.

The room was comfortable, clean, and smelled nice, and breakfast was wonderful. The service was great too. Highly recommend!
