Hotel Cajuina Beach

We booked the fractional stay for just one night because we had to leave at 5 a.m. There was no chance to sleep: people talking, car horns as cars came and went, and the gate making a lot of noise. When we complained, they were extremely rude and arrogant. They said we'd gone hours without saying anything and only complained at 2 a.m., even though they'd put us by the pool when we arrived because it was quieter. After seeing other reviews, I can tell this is an old, recurring problem. It felt disrespectful to guests, and the staff seemed unprepared for this line of work, with no training or ability to provide service. I don't recommend it, and I'll never return.

The breakfast was wonderful, with choices that work for people on a diet. The women at reception were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen staff made very good food. Two things bothered me: some guests ignore the hotel rules and walk from the pool to their apartments dripping wet, leaving the hallway floor slippery. Also, ride apps rarely accept trips to pick up or drop off at the hotel.

I stayed in chalet 53 and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and well organized, and the service was impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

Breakfast is great, with lots to choose from: cakes, savory snacks, milk, juice, different fruits, bread, and a dessert. But the bathroom and room could be better. I shared a tiny room with two friends, and the bathroom had no ventilation, so it got smelly quickly.
