Hotel Via Brasil

There were 13 adults in our group, and this was a horrible stay. We paid for four people in my room, but the owner brought a floor rag for them and wanted to leave us with just two towels. The shower barely worked and the water was cold; the pillows were dirty, the blankets torn, and there was no toilet paper. When I lay down, I started coughing. We left very early to continue our trip, thank God. The owners were rude, too. They couldn’t process the debit card and claimed there was no money available, even though the account had ten times the room price. I can’t recommend this place.

Everything was awful. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower water was dirty and freezing cold. There was no privacy either: the owner came into the bathroom while my brother-in-law was showering. My mother-in-law got a torn blanket, and the bath towel was a bathroom floor mat. Terrible service.

After a long trip, all we needed was a shower and some rest. The taps had no water and the shower was cold, and the bedding was too dirty to meet even basic needs. The service was awful. I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

The place was clean, but the owners were rude. There were ten of us, and they shut off the water while being harsh with us. I don’t recommend it.
