Campos Elísios Boipeba

We stayed for three nights and really liked it. The rooms are airy and spacious, and the bathroom is large too. Breakfast was very good, with something different each day, though I missed having tapioca. The location is perfect, near the port, right beside a wonderful pizzeria, and close to the central square. Célia is very friendly, and Bruno was attentive from our first contact. I highly recommend pousada Campos Elísio.

Célia was quick to help with my requests and also gave us good tips for outings. The inn is in a great spot, near the beach and restaurants, and just a short walk from the center. The breakfast was good too. I highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, but my stay at this inn was thoroughly unpleasant. The dishes and cups at breakfast were poorly washed, and the outdoor restaurant tables had leaves and sand from the beachfront. During the low season, at least when I stayed, there was no staff at the inn overnight. My upstairs room faced a path where several people smoked marijuana, and the smell came straight into the room. It was a horrible experience, though I hope things have changed.

Boipeba is beautiful, and the island is perfect if you want to feel close to nature. Best of all, there’s no hassle from vendors. Célia and Bruno are very attentive, and it’s well worth visiting. The inn is simple but very close to the pier, which makes arriving and leaving with heavy bags much easier. It serves breakfast and also operates as a restaurant for lunch and dinner. 🎉
