This is the sort of place where you keep extending your stay. It's just outside the center, with comfortable, very clean rooms and a lovely green garden. Daniela is a great host, and breakfast is delicious. Just perfect :)

I loved having a verandah and hammock, and the price was fair. You can also ask the kitchen for filtered water, so there's no need to carry bottles around. Breakfast was generous: bread, ham, cheese, fruit, cooked banana, cake, eggs, juice, and coffee, more than I should've eaten. They also speak Italian. It's a very nice, peaceful place, though you'll have a bit of a walk from the center and be further from the beach. My room was clean, airy, and spacious. At another pousada I had lots of trouble with sand flies, so the mosquito net and fan here were a plus, even though I still got bitten.

I really liked the quiet and the hammock on my verandah. The owners are friendly, and it's good value, about a 5-10 minute walk from town. Breakfast is worth it too. The room has air conditioning and a mosquito net, though sand flies are around, like everywhere on the island. I'd definitely come back.

A wonderful chance to feel close to nature. The place is simple but very comfortable, with a great mattress. Everything was clean and well cared for, right down to the details.
