The staff were attentive and the pousada is well located, but the beds had no mattresses when we arrived, so I barely slept. After we complained the next day, we got single mattresses to use instead. On our last day there was no water either.

The breakfast was heavenly, and the kitchen team deserves congratulations. Yasmim was very welcoming, while Cezar and Thamara, the owners, gave us 10 out of 10 service. Pousada Encanto de Boipeba is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated, with a team that made us feel very welcome. Wishing them success, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
