We had planned to stay one more night, but the problems led us to find somewhere else. We booked a room that was supposed to have a partial sea view and three separate beds, but got neither. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were almost empty, and a staff member tried to add a little water to one. I found that unacceptable. Management didn't offer a real solution, so we couldn't wash our hair properly. On top of that, a group of guests stayed up late shouting and making noise, and we could hear everything. We slept very badly. With no compensation or consideration, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting a bit of comfort and rest for the price.

The food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind and professional. It's a peaceful place where you can spend the whole day enjoying a great meal. The location is amazing too. Definitely a must when you're in Morro de Sao Paulo. I'll be back for sure. Thanks, Vincenzo and Paolo!
