The service was lovely and the value was great. It’s right on the beach, about a 5 minute walk to the boat transfers and 7 minutes to the central plaza, where most of the restaurants are.

Ramona was a great receptionist and gave us all the support we needed. The other staff were disappointing, though the place was clean and the beach location is excellent, with easy access to the port. The pousada is very small, with few staff, and the facilities feel improvised. It’s expensive for what you get. Breakfast service needs better organization too. With à la carte service and so few employees, we waited 20 minutes or more while several families were being served. That was too long, and a simple change to the system could make the guest experience better. I’m editing my review because management doesn’t seem to welcome suggestions for improvements and tries to blame the guest, as you can see in other responses. They can accept or reject my breakfast suggestion, but I mentioned my dissatisfaction during the stay, so I don’t know why they’re surprised. I’m not sure the management or the facilities can improve with this reactive attitude.

I loved the room with its sea-facing balcony, hammock, thoughtful touches, and spotless, comfortable feel. Breakfast overlooking the sea was fantastic, with a great selection. Since it was à la carte, everything was fresh when it came to the table. The staff were helpful and attentive. The pousada is right on the beach, surrounded by lush greenery, flowers, and birds. Such a peaceful haven. Brazil ❤️

The breakfast was very good, served with a view of the sea, and the breakfast staff were especially friendly and helpful. There’s also a small shop with nice products, where we got patient, friendly service. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The rooms are clean and practical, and our balcony had a hammock. The bathroom was quite narrow, though. Just 20 cm more width would mean you wouldn’t bump your head while sitting on the toilet. The bathroom door was broken too.

We really liked the service and the location during our stay from 01/Feb to 05/Feb. The inn looks simple from the outside, but the rooms are cozy. We had a great experience and I definitely recommend it!
