Such a nice place, and the owner is the best.

The inn is wonderful and conveniently located near everything. The service was exceptional, and breakfast was spectacular. I'll definitely return on my next vacation.

My son and I had a great week at Posada Recanto Das Estrelas in Morro de São Paulo. The owners were welcoming and kind, and helped with our questions and requests. The place was clean and cozy, quiet despite being close to everything you need. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. I'd highly recommend it for a fun, relaxing vacation! The breakfast was great, truly perfect. The rest of the stay was disappointing, though, and the cost wasn't worth it. The room had old, sagging, uncomfortable mattresses, no closed wardrobe for luggage, no clothes hangers, no chair or armchair in or outside the room, nowhere to dry wet clothes, and no full-length mirror. The internet failed most of the days and was very slow when it did work. Some outlets didn't work and were missing their cover plates. In the bathroom, there was no door handle or soap holder, the toilet lid was stained and looked disgusting, and there was only half a shower enclosure, so the bathroom stayed wet. Spare toilet paper had to sit on the toilet cistern because there was no bathroom cabinet. We were hoping for an affordable place, but saw hotels in the same price range with much more care and comfort.
