Arrey Boutique Hotel

The hotel offered no discount or compensation for the advertised services that weren’t available, which made the whole stay feel careless and uncommitted to what was promised. The pool bar was closed, the restaurant wasn’t operating, there was no room service, and the supposed afternoon tea didn’t exist. I stayed in May 2026 during a vacation around the Northeast. My wife asked for the accommodation payment to be charged to credit, but it went through as debit. After we raised the mistake, they charged it again to credit and opened a request to refund the debit payment. It’s now June and the money still hasn’t been returned. This is an expensive hotel, and without a doubt the worst place I’ve stayed.

The staff are quite helpful, though it feels as if they haven’t been properly guided or the management hasn’t set clear procedures. The price doesn’t feel worthwhile. The location is close to the first beach stalls and the center, so it’s not a good choice if you want peace and rest. The rooms are decent, but the sheets and curtains could have been cleaned with more care. Service was disappointing: breakfast was nothing special, and two omelets took 40 minutes. I asked for a hammock for the balcony, but it was too short; when I requested an extension chain or rope, they didn’t provide one. Loud music is allowed in the poolside rooms, disturbing other guests. Sound insulation is poor, and the bathroom drain clogged too.

The staff are cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast is very good even though the selection is somewhat limited. The room is a good size for two, with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom that met expectations. Arrey Boutique has a clean, fresh-smelling, well-organized feel throughout and a very good setup for guests.

The service was fine and the staff were great, and breakfast was very good. The room itself was comfortable, but the sheets were dirty and stained, and there was a lot of mess under the bed, including bottles and leftover food. The pool was dirty too.
