Happy Seagull

I booked for New Year's through WhatsApp for a group of us. Myssilane suddenly said she'd mixed things up and there was no longer any availability. I accepted that, but then she disappeared. She won't return my money or answer my messages, and when I call the inn, she hangs up as soon as she realizes it's me. It's appalling. She's a crook and a cheat, so be careful about staying with her. Now I'm left without a place to stay or my money. She's deleting comments, apparently thinking she's clever, but she's not. To show what I'm talking about, I posted reviews on Google and Trip, where I could attach screenshots of the messages. Don't rent here!

The rooms were lovely, with working air conditioning and a fan, and breakfast was really good. What made the place special, though, was how kind the owners were. When we arrived, the owner drove us to the supermarket and showed us around Arraial. Another day, he offered to take us around again and share tips about the area. We were there for Christmas, too, and the family invited all the guests to celebrate with them. There was loads of food at dinner, and they wouldn't accept any money from us. Everything was beautiful, and the owners were always happy to help. If you're booking, try contacting them directly: they told us it usually costs less than booking through a website.

The owners were so welcoming that my wife and I felt right at home. The inn was well organized and clean, and the service was excellent. Thank you so much!

Missylene and her team treated us even better than we expected, and I'm so grateful to them. The place is in a great spot near Praia dos Anjos, and breakfast was really complete.
