The pousada has great infrastructure and the potential to provide good service. I loved the service from the employee known as Miúda. She’s an extremely attentive and charismatic person.

The rooms are great and the place is well equipped, but there may be water shortages. The pool looks like it hasn’t been treated in a long time, and the garage has no gate, so it doesn’t feel secure. At night, it can be very hard to find someone at reception. When I arrived at 10 p.m., nobody was there and everything was open. The same thing happened at other places in the area, so I imagine it may be local custom.

10/10
The room was clean and airy, all the electronics worked perfectly, the breakfast was satisfying, and there was hot water in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bartender Ernandes. One problem: the white sheet already on the double bed had two set-in yellow stains. I took it off and put on my own sheet set. Apart from that, everything was wonderful!

The landscaping is beautiful, and breakfast has plenty of variety. The whole place is so lovely, I couldn’t help being charmed by it. It’s very well located, with a sign right at the entrance to Barra Grande that makes it easy to find. The facilities are incredible, everything is new, clean, and organized, and the employees are all kind and ready to help. I’ll definitely come back!

The facilities are good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Unfortunately, the manager is rude and intrusive. She keeps watching the guests and insists we leave the key at reception. Breakfast was poor and very sparse for the price of the room.
