The staff were polite, the room was clean and cozy, and the hotel feels fancy. The price was reasonable, though not exactly cheap. The downsides were slow elevators, noisy rooms, ordinary pools, and people talking too loudly in the corridors.

The pools were clean, though pretty crowded, which took away a star for me. The rooms were tidy and felt private, and there was enough parking. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and downtown. If you're spending time at parks outside the hotel, it's more than enough for a stay in Caldas.

The food was awesome, and the pool area is great. It's in a great location too. The rooms feel quite old-fashioned, with a small TV, but the air conditioning worked well. There are curtains in the bathroom.

The hotel itself was okay, but people staying near our room made a lot of noise late at night. Small children kept others awake. I went to reception and asked someone from the hotel to get them to stop, but it didn't work.

The free pass to the water park across from the hotel was a nice inclusion. Breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and it's a very good hotel.
