Although it's not especially close to the center, the location is very good. The flat is small but really cozy and comfortably fit seven people. There's a heated pool that can be used all day and at night too. Great value for the price.

The room was fine and everything was tidy. The pool area was the real problem. The water was dirty every day, even though they drain the pool, since the water going back in is already dirty. The hot pool only starts filling around 2 p.m. and isn't full enough for swimming until about 3, which leaves very little time to enjoy it before closing at 11 p.m. They still charge R$5 per person for the pool area, even if you're staying at the hotel. It needs much better hygiene and attention.

The natural hot water in the pool comes from underground at around 28 degrees in winter, it isn't heated. The apartments are very good, and everything is clean and organized, although the pools are usually available only after lunch. Staff are very polite, and the building manager is very helpful with condo matters. There's wheelchair access in the parking area, but ramps are needed to reach the pools and the building road. A wonderful place. We'll come back again. Enjoy your stay.
