Condomínio Thermas do Bosque - CTB-05

The staff were very polite, and the grounds are pleasant, with trees all around. The pools are a letdown, though: they’re very small, and only one is actually hot. The others are lukewarm or cold, and the water looks quite cloudy and dirty. The only pool for children is cold. The hot pool is beside the smoking area, so it’s hard to stay there if someone is smoking.

The pool area was nice, with a heated pool and not many people around, but the apartment itself was poor and we won’t return. The appliances and bed were all old, and there was no bedding. They charged R$90 for cleaning when we booked, yet a sign in the apartment threatened a R$200 fine if anything was left dirty. On arrival, they also charged R$15 per person for wristbands and R$30 for parking, without telling us beforehand.

The grounds are lovely and green, and it’s a peaceful choice for anyone looking for some quiet. The reception staff were great, with a relaxed, friendly way of helping us. There’s a restaurant and bar, and the pool area gets sun all day. Our apartment was spacious, and our pet settled in really well. The furnishings are simple, which makes sense when the main draw is the leisure area. I would have liked more deep pools, like the ones with waterfalls I’ve seen at other hotels that gradually get shallower, but that didn’t spoil our stay.

The restaurant was wonderful, and everyone was so polite. The place was clean and smelled fresh, and it was peaceful too. I loved it. The water could be clearer and smell fresher, but the rest was great. I almost don’t want to recommend it because it might get too full, but it really is very good.
