The only real plus is the central location, so you can get around on foot. The hotel itself is poor: the sheets and towels were stained, and cleaning was bad. The building is old, the leisure area is quite small, and the pool bar closes early. Some rooms have double beds like motel beds, so old and worn they’re grimy. Breakfast was very basic, with extremely artificial juice and yogurt.

We stayed for two days and everything was really good. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety in an air-conditioned dining area. Our room was spacious, clean, organized, and airy, and someone was always available to help. Patrícia treated us very well, as did the employee in the breakfast area, who was a 1000 out of 1000. I loved it, and we’ll definitely be back soon.

We stayed four days and everything was perfect. The team was excellent, and breakfast was great. It met all our expectations, and we’ll definitely come back!

The staff were very friendly, which made a real difference, and I liked the stay overall. The pools are treated every day and the water is clean, though I noticed dirt along the edges. Service at the swim-up bar fell short, but maybe it’s better in high season. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and the location is great, close to everything downtown. I’d recommend it 👍🏼
