I've been twice, and both times the rooms fell short on organization and upkeep. Some appliances didn't work or were in terrible condition. The pools and the staff who work in that area, though, deserve nothing but praise. Cleber and the water aerobics instructor are fantastic!

The rooms are spacious and have great furniture, with good quality bed and bath linens. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, the staff were attentive, and the pools were clean. Excellent facilities.

I loved this hotel! The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast and a very good lunch, and there's a fair within walking distance. The pools have hydromassage, there's a gym, and the water aerobics class is lively. I LOVE CALDAS NOVAS!!! 😍😍😍👏👏👏
