The grounds are nicely landscaped, the pools are large and warm, and the staff were helpful. The rooms are where it falls short: the bathroom has no partition, and the floor is waxed. There were no sheets or towels when I arrived, though reception sorted that out soon after. The worst part was finding a huge spider in my room. Breakfast could also be better.

The staff were wonderful, attentive, and very polite, and the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms are cozy, and breakfast is simple but generous, with delicious coffee. I’ve stayed at much fancier hotels where the staff were unprepared and didn’t care, so this place surprised me. I’d definitely come back. My only complaints are that there’s no mirror in the room and the bathroom has no shower screen, so everything gets wet.

The service was good, and the water park area was very quiet, a great spot to read a book. Still, the stay needs improvement overall. Some other guests made a lot of noise past the quiet hours, after 10:30 pm, and I think the rooms should have curtains for more privacy.

The staff were excellent, and breakfast was okay. The pools were a big letdown, though. The water wasn’t warm, and guests had to share the pools with students taking water aerobics and swimming lessons, so there was no way to relax. The pools weren’t up to Caldas Novas standards. I’ve stayed at other inns with lower prices and much warmer water. The photos don’t match what the place is really like.
