Good stuff.

Such a beautiful place!

The location made it easy to get to the main spots in the area, while still having the quiet atmosphere we wanted for a rest. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of variety and fresh, tasty food. The inn was cozy, well cared for, and organized, and our room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The bedding and towels were spotless too. The team were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, and we felt warmly welcomed from the first contact right through checkout. It was a perfect stay, and I’d happily recommend it and come back.

The breakfast was the one part I really liked, and the service was very good too. Amanda at reception was especially attentive. But for what we paid during Carnival, the inn’s condition and facilities felt far too poor. Our room was small for four people, and the bathroom was awful: the folding door seemed like it might collapse when moved, there was no counter by the sink, the toilet seat was uneven, and the shower stall was filthy. In the morning I was shocked to find yellow stains on the blanket and sheets and pillowcases that looked dirty. When I showed an employee, she said the laundry washes them and sends them back sealed, so that service needs to be reviewed. The pillows were old and uncomfortable as well. It’s very close to the beach and has a spectacular boardwalk. I might consider staying again if the rooms are urgently renovated.
