I had a great stay from yesterday to today, 21•10•2024, despite all the criticism I'd seen. The apartment is small and fits at most one family of 5 to 6 people. The attendant was very polite and proactive, and I have nothing to complain about. I'll definitely come back.

We nearly ended up out on the street after booking this place through decolar. I had questions, but nobody answered my WhatsApp messages or calls. Then I realized they were blocking numbers. They only told me it was no longer available after I contacted them from other phones. When I complained on WhatsApp, I got a reply full of swear words. It was a really bad experience, and just reading how the person responds to reviews shows the lack of respect. I've filed a complaint with decolar to get this place removed from the listings. I'm glad the booking didn't work out.
