It’s a budget hotel, but perfectly OK for a short stay.

So far, I’d give it a 1 out of 10, and I don’t recommend it. The shower doesn’t get warm, which was rough since I arrived on a cold, rainy day, and there’s no blanket. The fridge was empty, not even water in it. The 14-inch TV isn’t a smart TV. I’ll try breakfast tomorrow morning and add a comment.

The place is small, but it has what you need for its size. It’s improved a lot: the laundry service is really good, the staff are friendly and attentive, and they sort out any problems. Breakfast is varied too. Congratulations!

I stayed here in 2008 while working at Ambev in the nearby industrial hub. I can’t remember which month it was, but even then it was wonderful. The service, meals, cleanliness, location, and quick response were all great, and the warmth of the people was a ten. Congratulations. I recommend it, you’ll like it.

I couldn’t get any rest because the employees kept yelling in the hallway all day. The bed was awful too. Terrible hotel.
