Fantastic!

We rented a house from Alexandre Andriani, but he deceived us by putting us in a completely different house from the one he’d shown us. It made things very difficult for our family, and the stay was awful. The place had no proper setup. We slept on mattresses on the floor, and there were fleas and cockroaches. The only things in the house were mattresses, a stove, a fridge, and a TV in the bedroom that didn’t work. The other residents in the house on the same lot and their friends kindly lent us plates, pans, a fan, a working TV, a table, chairs, and more. We had an 89 year old man with us, and he had to deal with a huge staircase, which made the whole situation even more upsetting. It was completely disrespectful to rent us one house and hand over another. The house we’d paid for already had another family staying in it. There was also a camera in the leisure area filming us without our permission. At the end of the trip, the electricity was cut off because the bill hadn’t been paid, and the water was often unavailable. There were three houses on the same lot, which the broker calls a “Village.” I learned the old saying that things can always get worse. The only part of the rental description that was true was the shared leisure area. Everything else was a deception. The condominium itself is excellent and has great facilities. The kiosk serves spectacular food at very fair prices, and Diego, who works there, is very polite and helpful. There’s an air conditioned gym and fields for soccer, volleyball, and basketball. The woman selling acarajé on the beach is very attentive, and hers is the best acarajé ever! The beach inside the condominium has lots of holes, strong waves, and is dangerous. I don’t recommend it for people with older adults or children. The New Year celebration from 2023 to 2024 was well organized and lively, with a family friendly atmosphere. The condominium facilities themselves are very good. It’s a shame the broker deceived us.

I really like coming here when I’m in Bahia. The condominium is well organized and quiet, the beach is good, and it’s easy to find.

What a pleasant place. It’s organized, clean, and clearly signposted, and the staff are attentive and helpful. I loved it!
