Way Bossa

I felt humiliated and disrespected. I asked for a blanket because I was cold, and they said it would cost R$ 50. I said I'd pay, but since it was already 9 p.m., they said there was nobody to bring it and told me to turn off the air conditioning. I then asked for a single comforter, but the next day they sent two packages with four double blankets that shed fibers. When I messaged to ask about it, they said they'd sent them folded because I'd complained. I have the messages saved. I stayed five days, and they never cleaned the flat or changed the bath towels. When I asked about cleaning, they told me to take out the trash myself. A horrible experience. Never again at way Bessa carpe diem in João Pessoa!

The flat was brand new, neatly kept, and the staff were great. It delivered what was promised. The location works especially well if, like me, you prefer to stay away from the very touristy spots. There's a great beach kiosk right across the street, good restaurants nearby, and the city's main mall is five minutes away. It would also suit someone traveling for work.

I booked flat G2 through DECOLAR for June 22 to 24, 2025. When I arrived, it was dirty, with spit on the floor, unchanged sheets, and, worst of all, a toilet full of feces. I contacted the flat's administration right away, and they said they'd send a cleaner. She arrived after 50 minutes, changed the bedding and cleaned the bedroom floor. She tried to unclog the bathroom toilet but couldn't, and said it would remain unusable because water was backing up and it was still blocked. She told the administration to arrange another flat for us. It was already around 5 p.m., but they gave me no alternative except to go out on the street, even though several other flats were vacant. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute and spend the night there. I felt completely disrespected and helpless. I still haven't received any refund. I'm also complaining about DECOLAR, a serious company that partners with businesses that treat customers this way, and is still making little effort to return my money. Don't take this risk. Find a flat with an administration that takes customers seriously.

The room was a little small, but cozy, modern, and really comfortable. The staff were professional and polite. I only missed having cleaning supplies available since I was there for a week. There's laundry in the building, plus a great gourmet area and a pool with a sea view, open until 10 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. I highly recommend it.
