We stayed in apartment 404A. The building is basic and the location is just okay, but the price is affordable. The second bedroom is so small it should really be listed as a child’s room. An adult wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping there. The apartments need maintenance and care, and it feels like the owners only care about the money. The internet was bad, the sheets were old, the bathroom shower enclosures leaked, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. If you just want a cheap place, the price may be fine, but don’t expect much comfort or quality. I’m sharing this so other families don’t end up disappointed or uncomfortable on their holidays.

The rooms were bad, the maintenance was awful, and the service was terrible too. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken for two days, and it was only fixed after we kept insisting. Then a balcony glass panel fell and broke on top of my wife and my one-year-old daughter's stroller. Thank God she wasn't in it. To make things worse, the accommodation staff said it was my wife's fault.

I’m renting apartment 306A for a short stay through Jess Estate, and I can’t recommend it. The air conditioner and stove have both been broken for two days. We complained, but they haven’t repaired them. The apartment is also missing basic things like a can opener, towel hooks, a hanger or clothes rack, and clothespins for the drying rack. It’s badly equipped, and the support from Jess is terrible. Update: on the third day without air conditioning, they said they’d come fix it today, but nobody showed up. Update: they finally came on the fourth day, but entered the apartment while we were out and without our consent. The contractors left açaí spilled on the floor and its packaging in the sink. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM JESS!

The condominium looks nice from the outside, but don’t be fooled. The apartment itself is very bare-bones. If you want a low price and don’t care about quality, it could work. For comfort and quality, choose somewhere else. The internet doesn’t work very well, the bathrooms are cramped, and the furniture is in poor shape.
