The accommodations are great, the breakfast is fantastic, and the people are always really friendly. It’s about 8 km from the city, so a bit far. Dinner service needs work, and the service overall is just good and could improve. If you want a good meal, I’d suggest going into town. They charge a fee to use the refrigerator for your things, another if you drink your wine, and other fees too. They explain all of that after you’ve booked.

A proper dinner service was the one thing missing. Since the hotel is a bit far from Monte Verde, sometimes you just want to stay in and have a nice meal without heading out. Otherwise, it was pretty good.
