The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of variety and everything made with care. Our stay at Refúgio dos Coiotes was wonderful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the place feels thoughtfully looked after, with a lovely setting for relaxing and being close to nature. Everyone on the team was warm and ready to help. Suzana, who owns the retreat, stood out for how welcoming and attentive she was. Her positive energy and the care she gives each guest made our visit feel especially memorable. I'd gladly recommend Refúgio dos Coiotes and would definitely return. The place itself is lovely, but the people are a big part of what makes it special.

We didn't stay at the hotel, though we passed by and saw its beautiful, fragrant garden full of flowers. The breakfast and picnic we received looked lovely too. We spent a few days in Aparados da Serra and hired Equipe Refugio dos Coiotes (Coiote Adventure) to see the area. Suzana coordinated everything carefully, and Marco guided us on visits and drives with local knowledge, kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. We had a great time at several spots in Praia Grande and Cambará do Sul, including Canyon Itaimbezinho, where the Vértice trail is ideal for families, Cachoeiras do Tio França and do Ouro Verde, and Canyon Fortaleza, where the zip line is a must-do experience. We'd definitely recommend Equipe Coiote, and when we come back we'll make a point of having them with us again.

Marco's local knowledge, kindness, courtesy, and professionalism made the visits and drives especially good, and Suzana coordinated everything with care. We spent a few days in Aparados da Serra with the Refugio dos Coiotes (Coiote Adventure) team and had amazing outings around Praia Grande and Cambará do Sul. We visited Canyon Itaimbezinho, where the Vértice trail works well for families, the Tio França and Ouro Verde waterfalls, and Canyon Fortaleza, where the zip line is a must-do. I highly recommend the Coiote team and would make sure to travel with them again when we return. #CoioteAdventure

The garden has lovely lavender and lots of fruit trees, with fruit growing in season. The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature, while the lofts are practical and have everything you need. They're comfortable too, with 400-thread-count sheets, hot water, a gas-heated shower, fireplace, and a full kitchen. The breakfast room is beautiful, and the buffet is wonderful, with everything fresh.

The inn made a comfortable stay for all four of us, me, my partner, and my parents. Everything was really clean, the breakfast was great, especially the perfect chocolate cake, and the service was very attentive. We highly recommend it!
