There’s a lot of room in the bedroom, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning cooled well, and the safe and mini-fridge both worked. I also liked the tasteful bedside table and lights. The wallpaper had a few flaws, and I struggled a bit to connect the older-looking smart TV to the internet and its apps. Sound from the room carries into the hallway, which cuts into privacy. The hotel is well organized, with a bar, meeting and coworking room, private secure parking, a gym, and a large dining area. Service was very good and personal. I just wish they’d explained more about whether the kitchen offered anything, how to call it, and similar details. There was ingrained dirt on the bathroom sink, floor, and toilet, and the ceiling panels looked like they weren’t fitted properly. On the plus side, the hot water worked perfectly, there were enough towels for a whole family, and the bathroom had a large mirror and a hair dryer. There weren’t many breakfast items out for the number of guests, but the chef immediately offered to make whatever we wanted, like scrambled eggs, tapioca, or an omelet. There were three coffee options, plus juice, water, milk, yogurt, and chocolate milk ready to serve. Cake, cold cuts, bread, fruit salad, jam, cereal, and fresh fruit were available too. I do recommend the hotel. It’s good value for what’s offered and feels very safe. If they fix the details above, it’d come close to perfect for a great stay.
