Evolution Motel

The service was awful. The bathroom light wasn't working, so we asked to change rooms. The employee sarcastically asked if we wanted her to bring a light bulb. We insisted on changing rooms, and as we were heading to the new room she called out, looked at the car, and said, "There goes the impatient one," mocking the situation. After that, we left. I only give one star because that's the minimum.

This was the worst motel I've ever slept in. The suite cost R$85 for one night and offered very little. The walls were badly painted, and the air conditioning didn't work. It was winter, so I was cold all night, and the phone to reception wasn't working either. Paying was another hassle: the connection kept erroring, even though payment notifications still came through on my phone. The service was awful both when I arrived and when I left. Never coming back. Horrible.

The rooms are tiny and hot because the air conditioning doesn't work properly. The windows are right beside each other, and the furniture and overall structure are quite worn. It's not a pretty or romantic place.

I had a terrible experience on top of everything else: I left my phone there, and the receptionist took it. I only got it back after I called the police to come to the place. She said it had been among the bed linens. The receptionist was the heavyset blonde woman.
