I had a terrible stay and would never come back. The public bathroom at the airport was cleaner. To be clear, none of what I saw seemed to be the staff’s fault. The design and quality of the place are really poor: my room was only about 2 by 3 meters, had no window, and the “bed” was actually a sofa. There was just one power outlet, and the central AC was very loud with no way to control it. The walls are thin, with cracks and obviously cheap materials. In the private bathroom, the toilet is inside the shower enclosure, so everything gets wet. The shared bathroom was disgusting, with mold and bugs, and guests are expected to clean it themselves with a mop left there. It has no shower enclosure either, so water goes everywhere. The sink is tiny, around 20 by 20 cm. Honestly, I don’t know how this place is allowed to operate legally. Not worth it.

I chose it for an overnight stay because it’s right in the airport parking lot, which is very convenient. But the room was one of the tiniest I’ve seen, roughly 3 by 5 or 6 meters. The toilet is inside the shower, right beside the bed, and there wasn’t any internet access, which was disappointing. I’d give it 3.5 out of 5.

At least the breakfast was good, but paying almost 400 reais for a room like that is crazy. The rooms are all tiny and windowless, so I’d only stay here if I had to sleep at the airport. After 48 hours of travel and four flights across three continents, all I wanted was a shower, and the water was cold. Then I went to bed and tried to watch TV, but the remote had no battery. Just a terrible experience.

We had a 12 hour stay while waiting for our next flight, with a 17 hour wait in all, and the airport location at Viracopos Campinas SP was great for that. The rooms are really small, but the bed and shower were good and it had the amenities we needed. No internet, which was a bummer. Breakfast was great and served from 4h to 9AM. Amazing for a short stop, I’ll be back 😀

The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. There’s nowhere to put a bag and no nightstand, and the rooms are extremely small. The toilet is actually inside the shower enclosure. This hotel shouldn’t be authorized to operate.
