A perfect night for a stopover, with friendly, very helpful staff. Special thanks to Cris, who went out of their way to help us order food late at night. The fresh, generous breakfast was amazing too. Loved our welcome to Brazil, thank you!

Breakfast had plenty of choice, with juices, fruit, bread, eggs and omelettes, plus more. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in, including the fitness club staff. Rooms are clean, though the air conditioning is a bit loud at night, and room service is available until 6pm. The pool and saunas are great. The gym is a bit run down, and one day there were no towels all day, but you can still get a good workout. A great hotel to stay at in Campinas!

The location and the room itself are pretty good. Breakfast food is good too, though the service is odd. Each table has cutlery, but after my first plate they took it away with the dish, and there were no extras unless you asked a waiter. The bigger issue was the paid Wi-Fi, which didn’t work on the first day and took over 12 hours to fix. At first, reception seemed to say it wasn’t their problem and gave us a third-party tech support number. We were a large group and everyone had the same problem, but they still sent each of us to tech support. Even after they realized their link was down, it took a long time to sort out.

The food buffet is amazing, and the hotel is wonderfully comfortable, so it’s my first choice when I visit the city. It’s a large facility with amenities such as a gym.
