Monreale Plus Midtown Campinas (Classic)

Azul airlines put us here overnight after a flight change, and it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The beds were far too soft and really hurt my back. Noise was awful, both from the busy highway right beside the hotel and from other rooms. On top of that, nobody there spoke even a word of English. Worst night of my life. Stay somewhere else!

The breakfast was okay, and the staff seemed well intentioned, but the lack of attention to detail showed everywhere. There were beggars at the entrance, furniture with chipped or missing veneer, a broken bedside lamp, poor quality bedding, an unheated pool, and elevator buttons that didn't work.

The rooms were clean, and the food was nice 👍. The place was noisy from the road and construction next door, and the AC was loud too. Most receptionists and other staff didn't speak English at all 👎.

I had booked a master suite, but when I arrived at check-in the previous guest still hadn't checked out. After waiting two hours, we gave up and went across the street.
