The room was roomy and the bed was good, and the hotel is well maintained. Still, this feels more suited to conventions than a family stay. Meals get noisy with hundreds of people at different events, and parking and arrival directions were confusing. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, while the water pressure was really weak. Food was okay, though some dishes were very salty and the desserts extremely sweet. Toiletries were good, but there were no flip-flops.

Getting around was easy since most people spoke English. The food was quite good and the service was great, and the sports facilities were wonderful for trying out popular sports. It works well for a big event, convention, or concert, and I think it’s a great place for a vacation with family or on your own. A hotel not to miss.

We stayed just one night, my wife, our two daughters and me, and had a lot of fun. The kids especially loved the pool and the activities run by the monitors. The hotel felt clean, nice and upscale, and we really liked our room. Breakfast wasn’t much to our taste, though, and the restaurant’s air conditioning was turned up so high that it was super cold. I do wish it cost a bit less, but I suppose that could mean more people and worse service.

We arranged for a car to take us to the airport early in the morning. They said they would handle it, but no reservation was made, so we were late and had to rush to get an Uber with our two children crying and anxious. The hotel also claims to be family and kid friendly, yet the children’s restaurant wasn’t open every day, leaving kids to wait for adult mealtimes. The service quality was terrible, and the whole place needs remodeling as soon as possible. The paint, restaurants, lobby and other areas all look old.
