Top-notch.

8/10
The service is excellent, but the hotel itself is average. I thought R$400 was a bit steep just to sleep, though there wasn’t another option. Breakfast was ordinary, the shower doesn’t get very hot, and the soap is terrible. The air conditioning was good.

10/10
Everyone was really polite, and I have nothing to complain about. The rooms are great and cozy, and breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I had an excellent experience and will come back again.

4/10
The room was average, with a small TV, though the bathroom and air conditioning were good. Breakfast was poor, and the $25 parking lot wasn’t very good: it was small, with cars parked one behind another. The night cost $300 plus parking, which wasn’t worth it.

10/10
Everything was very clean, with full hotel services, and the reception gets a 10 from me. It felt like a family place. We also had a chance to talk with the owner, Sr Luciano, who was extremely helpful. I’ll definitely stay at Villas again and recommend it.
