The noise made this stay unbearable. You could hear people yelling from the rooms all day, and at night a group got drunk and stayed loud past midnight. After our 15-hour flight, we reached rooms with no towels, dirty floors, and pillows that smelled bad. We’d booked two rooms for four people, but the hotel said we’d only paid for two. We had ten bags and nobody to help carry them upstairs. Service was terrible. Breakfast was sad, with milk watered down, and lunch offered only one kind of meat. The pool was disgustingly dirty; I asked someone to clean it, but nothing happened. I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel, and it’s absolutely not worth it if you want to be treated like a proper guest.

The service was excellent, breakfast was good, and the hotel is very close to Dom Pedro Mall. It’s a great place overall, though the rooms really should be remodeled.
